Refunds and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@medicalproductssupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Medical equipment marked as non-returnable
- Opened or used personal care products
- Customized or special order items
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
